The Galactic Council, much like Earth’s United Nations, is a governing alliance composed of beings from many galaxies and planetary systems. Their purpose is simple yet profound:

To ensure peace and stability across the cosmos.

To observe, guide, and, when necessary, intervene in planetary affairs to prevent destruction.

While they typically adhere to a policy of non-interference, there have been critical moments where they have stepped in—Earth being one of their greatest concerns.
