Of course the Twin Flame card is number one.
That’s not random.
That’s Spirit making a point right out of the gate.
The distortion is that your twin flame is something outside of yourself.
It’s not that you have a twin flame — it’s that you are a twin flame.
That means you are a mirror soul. You attract mirror souls. You recognize mirror souls. And yes, you could likely have a true, actual twin flame — your strongest mirror, your strongest teacher. But they are still just a mirror, showing you what needs healing inside yourself.
Your twin flame is your activation for healing — heart healing, ancestral wounds, generational karma.
If you are a twin flame, you are part of the 144,000 — not a literal number, but a frequency you came here to embody.
You’re meant to help hold this frequency with the other twin flame souls on the planet so we can help raise the overall collective frequency of Gaia.
You are here for a mission. And the mission is to hold the frequency of unconditional and divine love. The only way you can get to it is through the healing that is triggered through your mirror soul.
This is not a love story.
This is a resurrection.

Higher Vibrational Alignment
When you see your twin flame for the purpose they really are — and you remove it from the romanticized version that’s the distortion — then you can use it effectively to move through the ascension process very quickly.
The sooner you see the patterns, the sooner you see the lessons you’re supposed to be learning about yourself…
When you see that your twin’s abandonment of you is a reflection of your own abandonment of yourself…
When you see that your twin’s lack of respect for you is a reflection of your own lack of respect for yourself…
When you see that it’s showing you what is still unhealed within you…
And you start using it to do the healing work instead of trying to get the other person to change — you change the part of yourself that allows that person to treat you that way — then the whole journey changes.

Soulwork & Integration
When we focus too much on the label of the connection, we get obsessed with the person we’ve identified as our twin flame. That gets us stuck in cycles of attachment.
A lot of twin flames are in codependent trauma cycles — anxious and avoidant patterns — where it’s typically the masculine who is the runner, taking off and leaving the feminine feeling abandoned.
Instead of the feminine seeing that as a reflection of something in herself that needs healing — that she would even want to chase someone who treats her that way — she stays in the loop. It doesn’t feel good when you look at it the way it’s meant to be looked at.
And when she finally does see it, she says, Why did I act that way? Then she starts countering the old logic that kept her stuck.
For the masculine, it’s the avoidance of accountability. The avoidance of shame. The avoidance of really sitting with the uncomfortable truth that they don’t know how to receive love, they don’t feel worthy of it, and they don’t feel they measure up to the woman they’ve attracted in.
And just to be clear — I’m talking about masculine/feminine energy here, not gender.
If you get so wrapped up in the label itself, you forget the mission.
And the mission is not about being with another person in a romantic way — it’s about seeing the mirror and using it to do the healing work that raises your frequency so you can hold that frequency for the good of the whole planet.
